You understand that Clare Deale does not treat, diagnose, or prescribe anything for physical or psychological illnesses or disorders and that sessions, activations, training and retreats are NOT a substitute for proper medical or psychological care. It is recommended you seek a medical professional for any physical ailment you might have or a mental health professional for mental illness. You also understand that the services offered by Clare Deale are considered Complementary Therapies aimed to support and enhance the quality of life of a person through improving their well-being. They do not aim to cure a person's illness, but rather are used to complement mainstream treatment or care.
Clare Deale is in no way responsible or liable for any actions or decisions you may make in regards to information provided during a session, activation, training or retreat. Insights provided by Clare Deale during sessions, activations, trainings or retreats are offered using intuitive awareness and channelled guidance. All claims, declarations and statements made in regards to all of the content is NOT guaranteed. You understand it is up to you, the client/trainee, to wisely use your own common sense, your own judgement and to make decisions in your own life.
Your continuing to use this website and/or book a session, activation, training or retreat with Clare Deale is confirmation you understand and accept these terms and conditions and will act accordingly without recourse.
Refund Policy
As a general rule, refunds are not offered on readings, trainings, courses, events, webinars or retreats unless otherwise stipulated. The following terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to with no further discussions entered into:
Clare Deale prides herself on the quality of readings provided. If you are not satisfied with your reading, within the first 5 minutes of engaging in this services, it is your responsibility as the client to advise Clare Deale of your concerns and/or to request clarification at this time. Clare Deale will provide you with further clarification where possible.
No refunds are offered on training programs, as It is your responsibility prior to booking in for a training program to decide whether you are committed and willing to do the work required to achieve your dreams - if you are in, you need to be 100% in, just as Clare Deale will be for you. If you have agreed to a payment plan and cancel prior to completing all sessions in your program, the balance of your invoice will still be due for payment as costs for administration and session preparation is included in the entire cost of the program.
No refunds are not offered under any circumstances on in-person or online courses. If you are not able to successfully demonstrate competency for a particular topic/module (as outlined on the website) and are not permitted to continue to the next topic/module you will not be offered a refund but will be given the opportunity to address any issues identified or repeat the topic/module, undertake additional training and/or coaching before a second attempt will be considered. In this instance, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the course.

If you subscribe to the ‘The Luminary Space’program and then terminate, no refunds will be offered for any used or unused portion of your subscription. If Clare Deale terminates your subscription for violation of the terms and conditions, no refund will be issued for any amount paid for any used or unused portion of your subscription. Once you have been provided with access/login details for ‘The Luminary Space’ subscription program it is considered to have been delivered.

Refusal & Termination of Services
Clare Deale reserves the right to refuse a booking from any client/student or to terminate a reading, training program or participation in a course, event, webinar or retreat at any time where personal and/or professional boundaries have been violated and where a shift and change after communication is not evident. In the event that a booking is refused and no time, energy or information has been exchanged, a full refund will be issued. In the event of a reading, training session or event is terminated after commencement, no refund will be issued.
Pricing
All prices are as outlined and are subject to change without notice. All fees and terms of trade will be clearly stated and agreed to prior to a reading, program, course, event, webinar or retreat. No additional charges will be added or suggested unless specifically stated. Clare Deale maintains and reserves the right to make changes to prices, supply costs, labour increases or misprints.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Any reading, training program, course, event, webinar or retreat is conducted with your privacy and confidentiality in mind and information, guidance and insights shared will not be revealed without your prior written approval, except in the event of a life-threatening situation. You agree to notify Clare Deale immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your information or any other breach of your privacy.

No permission is given to directly reproduce, reprint or republish original content owned by Clare Deale in part or in full without acknowledgement or written permission.
