It is like a regular meeting with all of the version of myself, yet every time is different as I am different. Spiritual Anatomy practice supports me to meet myself where I am at and it keeps me connected to my heart, mind and spirit. My soul applied for this course. I didn’t know why and I didn’t need to. I have been blown out of the water, onto an entirely new field, an entirely new way of being in this life. The empowerment I now feel to simply be, to trust my own knowing, to live from the heart space, to express my truth, to accept myself in all facets, to take responsibility for my own life, to allow my higher self to take the lead... is unparalleled. I am eternally grateful for the way Clare holds space, uses discernment, encourages autonomy and embodiment in all aspects of the training. It didn’t matter if it was a small comment or a meditation, Clare’s gifts are so unique, and that they come from a place of deep acceptance, trust, and love is palpable in each and every word. When I needed support, Clare not only provided very grounded, useful and centering support, she also acknowledged wherever I was at. She found value in everything expressed, whether it be a feeling, my own insight, a lesson I was in the midst of... there was ALWAYS recognition of me as a divine being, and respect for my process. I was always seen (even when I didn’t want to see myself), and felt her love and support in that witnessing. Clare is a beautiful, incomparable teacher. I have never been so challenged, so supported and so embraced than I have in this training. It is without an ounce of doubt the best thing I have done in my entire life. How can I compress into words, into 3D Form, the impact that this course has had on my life, and will continue to have on it moving forwards? It is delightfully beyond words!! Clare coins the term “Practical Spirituality” but it is far, far more than this - the safe space, the container, that is created for each member individually and for us as group, exceeds anything I have felt and experienced. This group of amazing women have supported and championed each other throughout the course and will continue throughout our lifetimes together. I would love to share with you what initially brought me to this training?
To find more gold, to shift, to evolve. To find more me. Who I am, what I can do. To find affirming and support in what has for long not been affirmed and supported. To recognize and feel my value. To connect to and understand what that is through embodying it and learning of it from within myself in the presence of great women. Who I sensed and felt would be here and alive in this space. The pull of joining and being inspired and heart connected was a thread that tugged at me to be here. I was taking up more space in bravery when i answered yes to come along. For I didn’t fully understand but felt like I was going to belong.
It is medicine, and I suppose that is what I have craved. Medicine of women who are also this brave. To breathe and be all of me, open, raw, expanded and honest and in truth, with no fear of hiding. To have a stretch in that. And in myself. I have been blown away with just how powerful and nourishing and nurturing and fulfilling it feels to be held in such strength. In this space. Which I somehow knew would be the case. And promised myself I wouldn't hold back, I would share, do videos and get out of my comfort zone. Speak up and take that space.

All of the above and so much more than this original thought and feeling has unfolded since actually being here so safely held and guided throughout this training. I am beyond blown away with what I have reclaimed, remembered and returned. I will never be the same. Greatest of divine love to Clare for this gift that she shares. I have been in awe of Clare’s energy, guidance and insights through her work and social media following for many many years now and I knew in my soul I would be working with Clare one day. After 8 months of 1:1 mentoring, this training felt like a natural continuance for my soul journey.
