Hello Gorgeous Ones, welcome and congratulations on stepping into my 6 month Illumination Training and being ready to access your magic and remember its potency on all levels, in all ways.

I am incredibly excited to take you on this journey where you will open to evolution at every turn, go deep within, question what you believe or have believed and work through what has held you back or limited you in anyway shape or form so you can reach your full potential and access another way of doing things that is yours alone.

Spiritual Anatomy -Daily Practices
Throughout your 6 month Illumination Training you will be asked to continue following daily practices from your previous trainings to help you work with this energy to powerfully transform your personal and professional life.

Sun (Sol) Gazing
Face the sun with your eyes closed in the morning for 10-15 minutes each day
Wisdom Journaling
Take note of things that stick with you, breakthroughs, wisdoms you retrieved or realised throughout the Training
Meditation
Your Meditation practices are to be done daily or at least 3 times a week
